It's unlikely that everyone will be skimping on rent, but it is a possibility, especially in our current eviction moratorium. 

I'm very open to opinions and I'd love to speak on this topic more.I'd also like to add that I do not plan on being a one man band, not working with real estate agents because I want to skimp out on paying commissions. 

And, do not skimp and save a nickel today that will cost a dollar tomorrow.

In this case, with the tenant working from home in a home office, as I do, a window unit appears to be an ideal short-term solution here, cheaper for the tenant, cheaper for you.On a side note, this is why you don't skimp on the argon fills and e-coating on windows when you replace them in rentals.

Agree with Max - if you wan't to skimp use a service like listing spark and make sure you get a great photographer and offer a buyer's agent a higher commission.  

The overarching goal with an llc is to limit risk and investing smartly, in the right areas, not skimping on construction, and vetting tenets well can help limit the liabilities that are worrisome.

Don’t try skimping, especially if you keep having to deal with trashy complaints.

The seller pays the agent costs, and what you save in skimping on an agent may cost you a lot in the purchase and later on.
