I have a feeling, my list will shrink some, and eliminate non motivated sellers.Anyone want to provide how to scrub multiple lists or should I just hire a VA to complete?

If you look 5 or 10 years out, the percentage of housing that is comprised of single-family houses will only shrink smaller and smaller.

Perhaps I should’ve taken my family to a more emerging city, perhaps I’m crazy for investing in a city with a high unemployment rate and a shrinking population.

The math there is a number that is shrinking in value not gaining.

Make sure if an entrance door that you have a proper threshold installed and that you have the proper exterior caulking that will not crack or shrink sealing the outside to keep water out.Doors are a first line of defense into a unit and are often neglected for maintenance.
