It's where you rationalize what you bought was a good thing because you're making progress...even though that progress doesn't lead anywhere.Your goal should be to focus on a rally, as in adding up runs in sequence...one (or more) after another.

I have the shiniest penny I could find, on the whitest 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper I could find,...framed on my wall to remind me every day of the meaning behind that number sequence. 

There's no blueprint that states the sequence in which you have to follow.

Ideally, the app would allow me to import my lists, skip trace, print a sequence of letters, keep track of which one was printed and what's next to print, etc.

any advice for someone who owns a few rentals but always did conventional loans and never this type of major renovation, i have some basic construction knowledge, i consider myself fairly handy. hanging doors and doing tile is not foundations and water damage, plumbing electric  yikes,  i should get a few different estimates from contractors for sure,  , maybe someone can direct me as to a proper sequence.  

Do you guys (80's and 90's kids mainly) remember that game that had space for 16 squares, but only had 15 and you had to strategically slide the squares around until the photo, lines, or numbers all lined up in the right sequence?
