I am reffering to the real time options trading simulation I did last semester where I made 380K out of a 100K investment in 6 weeks. 

I currently have a slow semester and was wondering if now is a good time to work towards my real estate license in TN.

I've considered doing a live in flip during my next semester, and my parents have offered to pay for the mortgage but I know conventional loans will not be offered for properties that are not move-in ready, so that would be one obstacle.

A little background information of myself:1.)I just recently graduated from high school as an honor student who is working as an assistant manager/receptionist at a real estate firm.  2.)I have grown up participating in 6 sports(possibly irrelevant to this topic but hopefully providing you guys an impression/idea of me as well). 3.)As stated in the post subject, I am an 18 year old. 4.)I come from a family of self-employed business owners, doctors, engineers, and stock investor(s).5.)I'm quite the tech-savvy person 6.)I will be taking 13 credits of college courses at a community college in the fall semester I under this career demands a great deal of one's time but I am willing to sacrifice that time for this career by limiting my social outings.

My other major goal is to finish and launch my Ecommerce before this fall semester (I'm currently a senior majoring in Finance at UCF.)Another major part of my life is my dance life.

You will have a busy time just before the fall semester starts when everyone wants to move in and out at the same time- 70% of my leases end in August or early September.  

By January 2016, when that money hadn’t materialized, CPS cut school budgets for the second semester, too.

The best way to learn is to do ... because you're young, maybe you can find someone to mentor you between semesters, or in the summer.I would not recommend becoming a real estate agent until you get to the point in your investing that not being an agent is holding you back.
