That means if they sell it, they will pay taxes on nearly the entire sale amount which could be a hefty tax bill.

I'd just make sure you have 2-4 unit properties that are superior that were not already used in the previous report and are in some way more comparable (closing in proximity or date of sale etc)

If that realtor wants to subsequently be my agent for the sale of the lots I buy, I would be fine with that,  but the two activities need not be linked together. 

CREXI doesn't really have a way to search for RAL properties for lease, just for sale.
