Anything east of the St John’s river to the beaches is generally a more A-B area.

Hello,What are your thought on investing on a rental property in San Bernardino county in CA specifically in the areas of Rancho Cucamonga, or Apple Valley.

I was also considering Newburgh, NY which is about an hour away but very quickly becoming gentrified due to its proximity to NYC and the Hudson River.
