what other majors answers besides Hvac, roof, pool resurfacing, pool pump, would it be smart to know the answers too besides purchasing?

We painted that building white and painted the roof a gray color along with resurfacing the parking lot.

@Valerie Smith Paint with a decent enamel, inexpensive new hardware and if the countertops are not damaged look at the resurfacing pint sold at places like Home Depot.

For instance, it is easy to have competitive bids for a roof, parking lot resurfacing, or HVAC system completed from a distance. 

Parking lot would need to be replaced or resurfaced sooner than later.

Replaced flooring, repainted the entire house, installed new trim, new doors, and cleaned like a maniac.I plan on resurfacing bathtubs and bathroom tile, fix garage doors, improve landscaping, and get a new backsplash/countertop for kitchen throughout the year before I house hack another home.All the comparable in the area are selling for 40k+ over our purchase price, I will consider refinancing whenever the FED cuts rates.What was the outcome?

Foundation fixed ( HOA Responsibility) Upper Windows cleaned, tub resurfaced, rooms repainted, a hole in a window screen.

I have heard the rustoleum shower resurface products are great!
