It could be anything: questions, war stories, best deal, worst deal, advice on careers in RED, even general complaining  and/or praise about anything to do with RED.Anything goes.....Scott

Should we ignore the projects that need completing and focus on finding a rental property, or should we take out a smaller loan to finish the house so that it will a praise for the highest price possible first?

I have nothing but high praise for her.

For example, if their credit score isn't stellar due to a bk, student loans or medical debt, they should be making 4 times income to rent and have the previous landlord singing their praises as a great tenant.Screen carefully.

We have an hour or two meeting, he agrees to keep talking to me on occasion and he happens to be involved in assisted living and sung it's praises. 

We’ve never heard complaints from any of the other neighbors, and the neighbor who shares the other half of the duplex praises them as great neighbors.

I am a residential solar panel consultant, and it is fantastic to hear all of the praise for this straight from the horses mouth.
