This is what is known as a diversification exchange, and can be great for the investor who wants to diversify their portfolio.

The price point and low property tax rate allow you to build a portfolio that cash flows and contains 15%-20% equity.

Diversifying your portfolio can also be beneficial, as it helps mitigate risks associated with market fluctuations.

You won't get rich overnight but you can certainly start to snowball a portfolio and build wealth slowly over the long term.  

After building a portfolio of fully renovated homes I wanted to give this model a chance.
