Are you going to claim that all the politicians that voted in favor of the $8000 home buyer tax credit are somehow not committed to that tax credit because they themselves are not taking advantage of it?

Honestly, It is sad to see politicians in this age.

I have no idea how they enforce that with the judge's signs as they are elected here (LOL) but I'd say the politicians are pretty good at cleaning up thier mess. :)

We have rent control, nutty pro tenant/anti growth politicians, and even worse cash flow.

Corruption among politicians, who are looking for kickbacks from businessmen is a pain.

The politicians take a bow.

Politicians and developers redraw flood maps because it is costly to build with flood-proof guidelines and even more difficult to sell new homes in a flood zone that would require borrowers to get flood insurance.

This program will be a good fit for very few homeowners, if any at all.The sooner you realize lenders control our politicians and they both falsely act as if their programs will work better for consumers while in reality they have figured out, in advance, how they will ultimately improve their own position and bottom line, the better off you will be!

In other words, I won't stand for lies and mis-truths just to slander a politician I don't like.

However, Chicago is NOT good for buy-and-hold because of the high property taxes and corrupt politicians (which will further lead to higher property taxes).Hope the above helps!
