I am in Florida a couple friends and I are wanting to start a plastic surgery center.

it would cost about zero to put a piece of something up to cover the gap. if it is a chain link fence you can zip tie a piece of plastic  - it would cost about $10.   

If tenants put meat products/plastic/trash into the compost it doesn't work. 

We just had someone who got heart surgery and recovered at our place.

Get the bigger plastic pots from Home Depot or Lowes and plant small bushes in them.

I told her who I was and just looking for information, and the wife said she is in the hospital and they just rolled him into the OR for an open heart surgery. 

I had a showing lined up and he tells me 15 minutes before that he saw a plastic bag on the sidewalk with a white substance in it.

I hope you don't need surgery on a weekend!

There are many things you cannot put in a garbage disposer, anyway, and most tenants, including myself, put garbage in plastic bags and throw it in the trash.The less you own the less you have to maintain.

At the risk of rightfully being accused of highjacking this thread:@Genny LiThe irony is the western elites sold our civilization on if we opened up to China (and let them ship us a bunch of worthless plastic crap to sell at Wal-Mart to dump in our oceans) we would liberalize China.
