I have been reading books, buying real estate investing programs, and perusing real estate forums for the past several months.

@Marlon Daniel So I'm a little green when it comes to short-term rentals but it seems like a good Facebook group to peruse would be Airbnb Hosts Home Owners/Renters and Cleaners of Atlanta Georgia.

I was perusing Spokane Teachers Credit Union (STCU) and to me it sounded like they do portfolio loans.

I will find out if motivated or just perusing, but very few homes are selling and tons are sitting on the market for months.
