I stay between my work location and my home location, in the area where those circles overlap.  

Which translates to; the under piece is to the left and the overlapping piece is to the right.  

You'll want to time those sales so they all happen so their exchange periods overlap. 

However, this may give me incentive to purchase multiple properties and have their seasoning periods overlap to meet the 12mo min for the lower rate.So... do I go with the lower into rate at Bethpage (3.99% for 12mo) and Prime (5.5%) for life after that w/o closing costs? 

I plan to major in one area and minor in another because many requirements overlap.

There is no right or wrong answer to the question -- whatever both sides feel is fair is the way to go.So, figure out what you want/need out of the deal, find out what the other side wants/needs out of the deal, and see if there is overlap where both sides can come to a deal. 

There are times they are gone a week or two in a row, but their schedules do not overlap.

Some of the rights and obligations of a tenant (optionee) overlap and considering each aspect alone instead of together will usually end up overcharging the optionee as they are paying twice for the rights and benefits of the property.I could probably write a book on this aspect alone (and there are books on valuations of options in general that apply to real estate).
