So like my original post the federal government does not have the operational ability our financial backing to accomplish deporting 11MM people.

(5 tenants are original tenants, having been in the homes since I purchased them 9-12 years ago when I was doing more buying.)My last purchase was a 1031 exchange in September of 23 for a new build. 

My original SFR was 1100sf and I added 2 units: an 800sf SB9 unit and a 750sf ADU (converted garage plus addition).

I don't think the estate was being decietful, but their dearly departed originally di have 8 acres but sold off parts along the way resulting in a net of 1.8 acres. 

Getting back to the original post, what would be a strategy you'd explore given his circumstances?
