The cost associated with insurance for not having 20% is peanuts compared to what you potentially can do leveraging your down payment. 

Rentvine's claim is that they offer help getting set up with double entry accounting.  

Rhino is an insurance program, and I do not recommend them.

Expanding MetrosDirect flights help, but don’t skip great markets like Columbus or Huntsville if they offer better returns.
