(being new to new Construction ) but I dont mind, im not greedy and if he is going to help make sure things stay on schedule among a million other things then im okay dishing out to much for peace of mind.....and yeah I figured windows was going to be one of the biggest back logged.I have been calling suppliers to see what their situations are like.

That has reduced the loitering by homeless, and criminal elements a lot, but we do still occasionally have some issues in the parking lots and the areas outside the courtyard.
