Examples set 2 hours for prospecting, then another hour for follow ups, another for tasks that need to be completed for nurturing clients. those are a few of the thing to do but mainly pointing out how you can set timelines to dedicate to task that take action on how you can move forward instead of being stagnant. 

It they're decent, they will support you and nurture you in the early part of your career, and that could potentially mean also opening doors for clients.

Remember a lot of these leads are going to be nurture leads and you'll need to follow up.

If the deal still fit my parameters, I would sit down with the wholesaler and have an honest discussion about the situation and air my grievance, while trying to close the deal and nurture the relationship.Hope that helps.Ed

Warm them and you up on the process of building an investor network (how to manage the, legal process, reporting, nurturing them from deal to deal).
