Using my personal finance to pay for repairs and numerous other small things that in isolation are not a big deal but they just keep adding up and create anxiety for me.I am thinking being a real estate investor (for single family homes) is not right for me.

There are numerous studies that support that graveyards/cemeteries affect a home's resale value/desirability.So, how can I say in one sentence that it could be a good deal and in the next sentence state that the location will affect the value? 

Once you do that, I would get referrals to good brokers/property managers in the area to get their expert opinions from their numerous years in the area.

Bottom line; Brokers need to earn their fee - and if that requires showing the property 20 times a day and drafting numerous contracts and reviewing potential Buyers I feel that should be part of the job... 

On the other hand, apartment syndication offers substantial economies of scale, which seems to be a common transition for many real estate investors, as I’ve heard on numerous podcasts.I would love to hear your thoughts on which route you think I should pursue and why.

My perception: with more inventory, price reductions, insurance rates and taxes on a moon-shot trajectory, it's looking like the storm is on the way.

Even the gut job properties are listed and go pending very quickly because there is a lot of money to be made in the region.Albany - There is an area in Albany that is convenient to both numerous hospitals and colleges.

I have yet to see a free course be anything worthwhile but there are some that are relatively cheap for what they give you.I personally am a mid 6 figure earner & have been in land for 8 years now.I have numerous course, including Bosch's. 

The market/media perception of this is so skewed it boggles my mind.
