The big builder attempted to muscle me at the end of the build, but I hired an attorney for a few hundred, and they sorted it all our with something I never though about.

I understand it can take 1-3 days to verify a bank account before the tenant can use the ACH transfer payment method.The previous property manager provided me their phone number but they didn't have their email.

(Mistake 1) - Lots of heart ache followed.- I wasn't too sure what to do.

She signed an agreement to start paying back rent by ACH, but of course payments bounced.
