One example: how can ad property management software not have a historic vacancy reporting module or report, or anything.

The difference between the two: modular are also known as 'ship flat' (and assembled from panels/modules on site) , manufactured as shipped 3D or such, in one piece.

Can you help me understand your module?

I haven't had the best experience with contractors, so I'm thinking about going the route of a prefab/module alternative. 

With prefabs/modules you may be able to short cost some soft costs such permitting.

@Brandon Battle  Account Closed   I just did my continuing ED for my CA brokers license and there was a module we had to take on  Unconscionable profits and taking advantage of the elderly.Now as this relates to brokers but it also relates to private parties.
