Looking for a company for a Fourplex Prefabricated

I currently own a rental property in Washington state which is 4 acres, with 2 parcels on it.  I'd like to develop the second lot, and putting a 4 plex on it.   I haven't had the best experience with contractors, so I'm thinking about going the route of a prefab/module alternative.  Could anyone recommend a company that sells these kits,  as well as contractors that set it up?
