There is also SDCIA which is tonight in Mission Valley at the Scottish Rite Center. 

I am in Mission Viejo and can meet at a Starbucks.

This house is in Mission Viejo, NEEDS CLEANING (i was in it), 3 bedroom, probably 1600 sqft decent backyard with trailer entrance corner lot.I was casual, i didn't ask specifics, but hours later i wondered if this is a opportunity.

Marketing strategies, employee requirements, compliance costs/requirements, software costs, training/education, insurance requirements, etc all are not within any model that you would use one another industry model...it is it's own animal, Without explicit insider knowledge of the escrow profession, it is usually a suicide mission to start up an escrow operation.

There isn't a day that goes by that I don't Thank God for the privilege of being born in the United States of America, and the freedom to be an entrepreneur and serve others through our businesses and our Mission Work.  

I would highly suggest going to WInvestors on Wednesday mornings down in Mission, KS.  

Even in very exacting jobs (e.g. space craft design), where even a small mistake is literally a mission critical life & death issue, they use 'rules' to avoid over-engineering (or to use another phrase 'analysis paralysis').The 'rules' for real estate investing are not intended to be exact or fully comprehensive.
