It irks me when people use those made up alphabet classifications of properties like that, so I might as well find ways to laugh at it and lighten up my reaction to it.Good luck trying to evict someone who paid their rent.  

I see demand in my area lightening up some, not sure what other markets are doing.

Hi,I am in the process of purchasing a house that has been damaged by lightening and need additional major repairs.

Whether or not you believe the discussion needed to lighten up, you are welcome to your own opinion.What I am not privey to is the prior joking relationship between Mike D and Nathan, and it doesn't even matter to me. 

But I do agree that stainless adds a lightening touch to the kitchen as they reflect light better.

Lightening does strike on occasion, but it's doubtful you could find enough 70% deals to run a successful flipping business in southern California.Paying 75% is challenging, no doubt, but these deals are available in enough quantity to make a go at it.
