I just wanted to go off of what Holly said and say that contrary to her suggestion for seeking a "non self-space" learning environment, I went with the 100% online Kaplan real estate courses (because I happen to be a good self learner) and was able to complete my states 90 hours of education in about a month in my free time and was able to pass both the state and national test first try without any concern.

I'm interested in the BRRRR method - from what I learner, you refinance a rehabbed property after holding it & renting it out for 6 months, and showing the rental agreement with your tenant.
