A simple non-tech solution.

Many turn out to be nothing more than birddogs as they call the heavy hitters who in turn provide solutions of who will buy.....and all along the notes pretty much end up in the same holding tank.Not saying that is what goes on with our three newest members, but it's out there.

It appears to be a good solution, but I wanted to see if anyone else is doing something like this.

At that point, it's worth researching and finding a solution that better meets your needs.

I learned how to fix mine after searching for a solution, getting two different attorneys, but none could help so I figured it out. 

I also see a highly intelligent community of people building solutions and working towards Adoption. 

I guess I'll just follow up real quick - I did indeed just setup another mailbox, labeled them "A" and "B", and for the last 4 years I've never head any problems.

I would recommend to buy in your local market for your first property... but I also realize every market is different and might not be affordable or the best solution. 

I can pretty much guarantee you that you wouldn't want to have anything to with them if only you knew.If you want to avoid these risks, there is a solution and I'll illustrate it with my own situation.
