Socially liberal, financially conservative and believe in free market, Moderate on guns (I grew up with guns in glove box, hanging over the chair, and with Dad and step-mom both having conceal carry rights and always armed but I advocate for background checks to be able to own guns).  

If the tenant writes a complaint letter, the Liberal Judges from a few years back have started to order Mediation and give the deadbeat tenant another free month or two or three and say that you didn't post the Notice.

Bottom line for me: I'm a pretty liberal guy, but I don't think it's my responsibility to keep someone from parting with their money.
