i fyour getting paid off when the vertical loan goes on.. then your in first position . so not sure what the issue is? 

Their target audience are professionals with cash don't don't have the time or desire to become educated and are willing to pay/forgo some revenue for a experienced investment relations firm. 

Ultimately would you say our case is more so with the inspector for not letting us know about the exposed wire and not so much with the agent and the cosmetic issues?  

They have addressed the issue of depreciation of components, but not the actual methodology of the study.

If it is a private money/ commercial style  lender, it is a relatively simple process.

After renovating, I updated the interiors, addressed exterior issues, and enhanced the overall appeal.

As far as financing, if you have real CF then it shouldn't be an issue.

And my #1 issue is I don't see any actions to address this in a meaningful, market specific manner. 

My guess is there are some STR owners or managers genuinely unaware their current pricing exceeds the price gouging thresholds until it is brought to their attention.]Will PriceLabs and other dynamic pricing tools- respond quickly and appropriately to these issues?
