Having an entire brand as big as BP ride on the back of one individual is bad business, they need the intellectual property out across multiple hosts.For this purpose the requirement isn't to be great, but good enough, which David definitely is ;) ;) 

I find it amazing how normally intelligent people can intellectually delude them self's when it comes to arguing for their own vested interest put forth as unbiased facts. 

So, with that what I hope is intellectually honest disclosure, I will respond point by point with my rationale, experience, and data ...First and foremost, I need to emphasize my point about home court advantage ... my personal belief and experience is that it is that despite passive investing folklore, REI, even buy and hold REI, is really more an active investment than a passive one, more like starting your own business than buying a S&P index fung.

But here's the thing: I teach a lot, and if I don't know how to explain something (in this case, why this is a bad idea), I do not consider it intellectually honest for me to adopt that viewpoint just because an expert claimed it.

So in this new economic model, one of global consumerism with intellectual exportation, adding pressure on the production and consumer increases demand for intellectual as it naturally raises necessity for greater efficiency, which is often found in intellectual sector. 

The reason I'm asking these questions is mostly motivated by an interest in personal finance, investing, taxes, and general intellectual reasons.

SEE how none of these responses are intellectually or analytcally based?

Do you have the intellectual horsepower to execute development projects of your own, organize teams, raise capital, and act as a deal orchestrator and sufficient vision to serve the space market for your chosen product type?

If they don't answer my questions, I know they have not read the ad and are just clicking and "tire kicking" or they lack the intellectual focus for me to have any business relationship with them.
