@Jill Rossi I went to the IKEA store in Tampa, and they said they stopped selling wood blinds because of the danger of children getting tangled and injured in the cords.

If not, what happens if one of your contractor's employees (or your contractor himself) is injured on your job site? 

This was a long term tenant who was communicating with me, had kids in school and was injured on the job.

Is it in case you are injured yourself you would be able to go through their insurance?

What about if someone is injured, or worse, and cannot carry out their responsibilities.

We did that deliberately so that we would not be responsible for repairs or even worse if the tenant was to be injured with it we did not want any responsibility.

I've seen/heard of too many cases where someone gets injured in a rental and then goes after the owner's personal assets.2) Part of making the LLC legitimate is to make sure both on paper and in practice- that it is separate from you.

I also enjoy watching other countries win too, Bolt from Jamica and them taking gold, silve and bronze was great, and the Chinese hurdler who was injured showed a great attitude and will go home a winner going the distance.
