It is more expensive to buy in Chandler, but I have been moving East this entire time and every time I go a little bit more East I find the tenants are that much better and life is just easier. 

Tools like BiggerPockets Calculators and rent estimation tools are incredibly helpful.

They say they are not liable for inaccuracies but the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and unit amount seems incredibly major.

I have yet to do my first deal, I know it takes hard work, but they made it seem easier and better than going the normal route and than what it actually takes to get your first deal or at least started.

It is incredible to not have to take the phone call and have tenants receive a response.

I see a lot of replace blinds which already should have brackets in place make job even easier.

At the end of the day if it is easier for your Tax CPA it will be easier for you.
