I'm wondering what you all think about this question.Would you settle for 5-10% CoC ROI in this high interest rate environment if the asset was located in an appreciating market?

I use expense ratio of 50% all inclusive.

-the environment for BRRRR has changed since 5-10 years ago. 

Now - I just noticed they are taking 18% of that (total payout)  which is inclusive of cleaning fee + nightly room fee (which is fine).

Just a trash environment with criminals including officials and representatives.
