The same laws apply, you use the same lease agreement, and you advertise in the same places: zillow, realtor.com, apartments.com, furnishedfinder, zumper, etc.Please don't let this unnecessary, made-up term confuse you.

Any property that is listed on a Realtor owned MLS, regardless if the agent is a Realtor themselves, will have to sign a buyer agency agreement if they want to be shown a property in the MLS.The DOJ is likely to also impose this rule on non-Realtor MLS systems as well, but we arnt quite there yet.

To be honest, on over 100 building permits last year in the City of Chicago, with many of them having some form of enclosed porch, I think only 2 were ever mentioned by the Department of Zoning where they brought it up as a "Concern" which led us on a wild goose chase of finding and sharing information, overally causing unnecessary delay to the permit review process and eventually coming to a close (some positive, some negative).
