Try homeless shelters or halfway houses. 

I couldn't do a deal where I knew the result would be me (and/or) and client making money, plus causing someone to be homeless.

The other is a 7 bed/4 bath house that will be rented to a non-profit that works with homeless people, specifically women in crisis. 

I will say that no tenant I have evicted in 30 years has ever become homeless. 

Anything to save them from going homeless.

Or tenants going homeless because of their instant unemployment that wasn’t their fault.

Right now, the.autborities want as few homeless or people moving around, living in cars, going from friend to friend, as they can get.
