Being a chef for the past ten years I have dealt with my fair share of sales people and vendors, those that are good communicators and take care of the client are the ones that I continue to do business with.

Use the same countertop material on it, make it 16" wide so people can pull up a couple of stools and talk to the chef.....

I find that most AirBnB villas with beach access provide good income for individual investors as they would be the primary owner of the property who manages the listing/payments and then deligate the duties of chefs/tour guides to an on-site supervisor. 2.

Where are the culinary schools producing quality chefs?

I now live and invest in Charlotte, NC and when i did texture on my first rehab in charlotte i had prospects walking in asking me "what that crap is on the wall"  .... needless to say most of the houses in the price point i was dealing in in Charlotte had smooth walls..I still prefer the look of texture but do smooth walls for all my properties... a chef cooks what is ordered not what he likes to eat :)  

Besides the normal things, there's cleaning staff, a chef, groundskeepers, and so on.

Young chefs wanting to stretch their skills and supported by a demographic that wants different foods at a reasonable price trying to eek out a living while getting their "professional" lives going. 

No hibachis within 10 feet, 1 car only, guests park on street, no shoes on hardwoods, no grease down drains, no noise after ---, no guests more than x days, no pet sitting, no non operating cars, water the lawn, responsible for all unsubstantiated repair calls, no solvents, no cleaning your motorcycle in the living room, no candles, no drying your fish on the roof, no couches on the front lawn, no blocking furnace vents you dumb axx, no materials with x feet of furnace, no alterations of any kind, etc etc

You should see what is happening downtown for yourself everything from 99.9% occupancy rates, new business development, world class chefs, casino, lake, river, beaches, millennials are moving into and staying  within affordable downtown, major sports, new convention center and much more - its really AMAZING!!!!

In our own home we have Magic Chef kitchen appliances that were installed new in 1986, still running well.
