Last night we passed the 200,000 listen milestone for the BiggerPockets Podcast, giving us over 10,000 listens (on average) per episode!

So take a drink for me when you do celebrate as I've been there!!

A 2 story house will always cost more than a comparable single story.I did my first roof about 15 years ago and recently celebrated my 59th birthday on a roof.

We're celebrating with another foot of snow, yay!

The neighborhood had party to celebrate.

This is a legitimate celebration.

When we decided to invest in the hi-desert, we were living in LA at the time, so we knew we could take our own personal vacations there when a house wasn't rented, and we could use it to celebrate our birthdays and holidays, and one day we could potentially retire there.

It's kind of like the Raiders(NFL Football Team) celebrating a win in the pre-season when the purpose of playing in the NFL is to win a championship.  

🙏 my sale was exactly like the opening scene in the Thomas Crown affair.. when the buyers are celebrating that Thomas Crown sold a property only to have him say well celebrate all you want you over paid by 30 million.. 

Just celebrated our 5th year anniversary and have lived in 4 cities in 3 states !
