Haven't thought much about this but I guess these are some habits and behaviors that have contributed to my success:-Work/Life balance-Healthy diet (most meals)-Exercise 3x Per week-Always learning (books, blogs, podcasts, forums)-Always networking (meeting agents, contractors, wholesalers, etc)-Build real and genuine connections (not surface level networking)-Always underwriting deals (even when I'm not a buyer)-Being consciously confident, decisive, passionate, positive, and creative.

If a City is a tourist built city, then we have tourist built problems (which nashville already has in droves ) but if we build our cities to incentives long term residence, growth, business, -- the whole city benefits from a healthier and more stable and robust economy and honestly a more enjoyable place to live.

I find my SFR architect has no real clue on the development side and argue with them constantly with over engineering.. finally got him to put our homes on a lumber diet...
