I like to think I have done ok. for me finding properties is sales - managing real estate and growing your company requires problem solving. 

I wanted to get my feet wet in the commercial space as I look to grow my portfolio and negate risk with more units.

lol not sure what I am getting into this year but always looking. really trying to grow the unit count. i probably won't do a flip.

It's going to offer Strong economic growth, Appreciation (especially in DFW), Tax advantages (no state income tax), and a Growing population, including infrastructure and amenities. 

Going to the events page above and seeing who is hosting meetups along with connecting with people at these meetups is a great way to grow your network of people within a small 25-50 mile radius.

Some of the best investment were made in bad neighborhoods and higher crime rates then as usual the area becomes gentrified and continues to grow in both equity and passive income.

Once you know the "basics', you can then invest OOS more successfully.If you can't afford to invest in your home area, how will you grow your knowledge of an OOS if you take a shotgun approach to where you buy?

If you have other money to grow your portfolio even with $107K left in the property then  hold the property. 

This way, you’re still growing your portfolio without overextending.Looking forward to hearing more about your journey.
