Absolutely...I have friends who cry about having to 'help' pay off their grown kids student loans & the majority exceed the $35,000 chump change these fools paid.The best was a wedding we were attending where the father handed off the daughters student loans to the groom.

It is an all brick ranch, beautiful fireplace, perfect groomed yard, totally taking care of.It is a one bedroom house, very shocked, no changing walls or anything.

For example, painting a wall or room; hole in wall or door; replace carpeting due to stain (not groom normal wear and tear).Gives them something to think about.

short-term1-add safety features like security doors2-improve curb appear by litter pick up and grooming what you have in place (don't add on things you won't maintain)3- do everything you can to make things appear more orderlyLong-term1-host an annual potluck block parties funded by neighboring landlords. 2- have a 20 yard dumpster dropped off for a weekend.
