As for what's in the tank already, the only realistic way is to know how big the tank is, when it gets filled whatever shortfall is there (ie the tank is 1,000 gallons and a refill takes 750 gallons, there was 250 in the tank) gets charged to the customer so that they are always paying for the initial 1,000 gallons, or however big your tank is.

We are rehabbing one right now that they went thru a peak vent to steal a 40 gallon water heater, seems like a lot of work for 20 bucks on Craigslist !!!!

Sherwin Williams Proclassic oil based is worth the exorbitant cost per gallon.

Use them when you evaluate stocks and bonds, not REI...particularly if your end game is cash flow...as it should be.When was the last time you walked into the grocery store and for a gallon of 2% milk with 2% of your cash flow.  

I used bleach, ( bleach and urine make a lot of ammonia) , I rinsed it off and then put down huge boxes of baking soda spread on the floor and let it dry and them broomed off.I used gallons of peroxide I bought from a beauty supply place and poured that peroxide full strength on the floor and let it sizzle.. it helped open up the pours in the concrete so the ammonia from the urine would neutralize. 

I like beige or off whites too, you can buy in bulk and it lasts in a 20 gallon buckets and is cheaper in bulk from your paint supplier.

I can get Sherwin Williams 200 for $25 a gallon for eggshell.

I don't how many gallons the fish tank held but it was about 5 feet high and 6 feet wide.
