Usually a non-working outlet is just one of those of those maintenance things that happen and is not something the tenant did wrong.

Can you imagine a whole shopping center with Safeway, Grocery Outlet, Hair Solone, McDonald's, Tire Shop, Auto parts store, your friendly real estate office, etc all GONE with all the residences houses full of memories and the roofs over everyone around their head is/could be GONE in a matter of a few minutes.
