The seller should know if not, there may be a 'skirt' around the exterior of the MH that you can remove a piece of and look with a flash light.

i think re-doing the wood panels would really do a lot with making that section look way better and brighter!

Crawl under it with a flashlight and look for cracks in the blocks. 

try using brighter colors on the flooring and maybe white/milky paints on the wall @Albert Bui @Carlos Valencia
