I am considering buying a forclosed A frame house (22'x48' base and the roof has about a 3/2 rise/run slope) that has a very unique fiberglass roof (see pictures) in the South-west part of Virginia.

That said, true money is made in c-store.Before prchasing a gas station it is most importance to determine full enviromental phase 1 and phase 2 report as well ensuring if there fiberglass tank are upgraded.You need clean phase 1 and phase 2 report.

At some point in the next few 1-3 need roof will need full replacement ( flat roof with alligatoring all over it, patches all over the place and you can start to see the Fiberglass membrane, underneath) Not Good!

Believe me, you will find you have MANY more friends when the work is done, and the pool is clear and cool with some frosty drinks at hand.If I were to do it over, I would only go with a one-piece fiberglass unit. then all you have to worry about is the water table rising and your pool pops out of the ground (although that happens to concrete pools too).In spite of all that, if you love poolside life, and like to entertain, it makes for a great summer.
