Do not enlist just for the college money-- its not worth wasting 4 years of your life and hating it.

Hello,I would like to enlist the services of real estate professionals who are experienced in multi-family dwellings.

Hey Robert I agree with Cory, your best bet initially and a big part of this game is to enlist the help of an agent and expand your network as well. 

A little about me, i'm currently AD US Navy, enlisted as an HT, I specialize in welding/fire fighting.

I tried to contact few agents to enlist their help but their response hasn't been encouraging.

I purchased my first property 14 years ago when I first enlisted which was the best and worst thing I have done.

I started my real estate investing I here on the East Coast where I was sent here just like you by the military (Air Force and I was a E-3), I started purchasing homes(no money down) and rented them out to O-2s, O-3s We lived on Base here on Ft Meade in 40 old row homes for low ranking enlisted housing, for the first year or so, when I stared to purchasing newer foreclosed homes, small apartments and those higher ranking military folks were paying my mortgages!

I'm currently active duty Air Force in New Jersey, my enlistment comes to an end in August and it's back to Nashville after 9yrs.

Should I enlist couple agents?
