$2000/mo
Hi there everyone. After doing some caculations I have about $2000/mo
to acguire proprty in the 5 boro area. That is very hard to do. After thinking
of an area where to purchase mu first property, I came up with 1 or 2 fam in Staten Island or a condo in Queens. At first I would be living in the property but would consider selling if another comes up. That being said with my budget I'm looking to spend about $250k one fam and $400k two fam in Staten Island. Or about 225k for condo with 250/mo main. in queens..I would be a first time buyer, so I'm looking for the least min down payment Iloan Ican find thats available to me. If I find a good deal om prop I would consider selling. I do work full time so I don't have to much time researching for the prop, should I get a real estate agent to help me to find one. Should I enlist couple agents? What do you guys think?
