Volunteering to assist them in other areas might be a good idea, all of this will have a political flavor to whatever you do.After funding is known, now you can enter the area of searching for the RE.I'd say for newbies, start with existing housing inventories, but if funding is available you can take on new construction.You'll still need a team on your side just as you do for investing if you work the private side.

The "land trust" has no special distinction in the Internal Revenue Code and would be a simple, complex, or grantor trust depending on the terms of the trust instrument.

Code of ethics is when you are a REALTOR.I want to make the distinction so everyone understands.In many states you can have a brokers or agents license WITHOUT being a REALTOR.The states real estate commissions do not care about third party companies.Should everyone have Ethics??

If the deal is under contract and you sell your rights in the contract then we are likely talking about the same thing even if one says flip and the other says wholesale.I am sure others will have views and maybe one person will have a really useful distinction.
