Anyone from the other units has to go there to clean it out of pet hair, glass, etc. and this may be disruptive to 1 tenant or nobody may clean it up at all.2.

I will often replace these bigger items at turnover simply because it is so much easier than doing it when a tenant is in there (think scheduling, moving their items, disruptions, etc).Best of luck in bulletproofing your rentals!

This will not be very disruptive to our personal lives as we can move things from room to room as the carpet gets done2 - refinish the maple floors and stain dark (which requires talent) so it will be the same color throughout both levels of the house, but different wood types.

It may not even be your tenants, probably someone's BF/GF using your house as the drop off/pick up so they don't get caught and aren't tied to your place.. .. but at the end of the day, it's that tenant who's causing the disruption. ..

The original roommate has caused much disruption here, between her alcoholism and related violent outbursts, to her drug use and threats, including calling the local police multiple times for a variety ridiculous things, all of which is documented, and more than once was told by the police she was becoming a habitual caller and a nuisance, then threatened with arrest.

However, SECTION 409 DISHWASHING MACHINES, of the Texas plumbing code states Air Gaps are required and need to be inspected annually.The concern is waste backing up into the water supply if the water pressure dropped during water supply disruptions.
