Finally I have someone I can have a dialogue with.

Any advice for newbies starting out is welcome :) Not entirely sure all of the information to include in the intro but wanted to start making connections and dialogue!

As I grow my portfolio moving forward, I plan to reach out to them to start a dialogue.

Communication is key for me and keeping an open dialogue with my roomates/friends.

It’s been difficult to have an open dialogue about their concerns.We’re trying to figure out what kinds of services, guarantees, etc. would help landlords to feel safe in partnering with us to rent to our incoming clients in these very uncertain times.

Most busy professionals have limiting beliefs and negative internal dialogue that keeps them from taking calculated risks, dedicating time, and generating results.One foot in front of the other!

But being a discussion forum on STRs, it would be nice to have some dialogue that isn’t “just ask Lucas Carl.”I meant no disrespect to you.
