At the least I would find a good sparky to replace that FPE panel who is comfortable working with Al, have them replace any older receptacles as well while they’re there and just check through all the connections and do an in-depth inspection for you, or get a quote to replace all the wire with copper and make a judgement call based on that.

@Jaquon Miller, while there are certainly some lessons that are learned from fix and flips and BRRRR that may translate into syndications, I would say it is not totally the same.Syndications require a far more in-depth understanding of investment finance than the typical BRRR or Fix and Flip.

Now on call 2, I take what I learned from call 1 and use them to ask better questions and speak more intelligently about the market allowing the agent to go into deeper depth which allows me to learn further and now on call 3 I know a lot more about the market and the names of the neighborhoods and now I can have an even better call.
