Hello, quick questions:Many Wholesalers in my area ship their deals to key entities with large lists for sizable fee and I'm trying to understand why. . .

@David VanWert The challenge with a BRRR partnership ship is really timing... what I mean is that we’re o key using our money on the very first deal, The you execute BRRR and do it all over again with your initial cash that you just pulled back out.That said, for me to partner with someone at this point, they need to bring something to the table aside from cash, since the BRRR method provides for recirculating cash from deal to deal.

MY THOUGHT: Take what part + shipping + labor would have cost the tenant and compare it to the new range + delivery + installation fee.  

It could be hunting, working Labradors, sports, ocean sailing ships, guy movies, Arnold Schwarzenneger, etc. 

My friend is on a 2 week cruise so I cant ask him more about it right now.

However that ship sailed and you are the only beneficiary.

When the market corrects, and I think it is due any time now, a lot of investors will jump ship and more deals will be available.I could be completely wrong.

My question is would the daughter in law be able to take owner ship of the house or anything of that nature so I can get a contract signed?

You didn't need to be a visionary to look at the primitive steamboats on the Hudson and see sailing ships days were numbered or see how the early farm mechanization would change agriculture.
