@Adam Dassie The ole chicken and the egg dilemma!

I was totally counting my chickens here, all well before they were hatched and my contract was signed. 

Its definitely a game of which one came first. the Chicken or the Egg.

Money and credit help, for sure, but it's a chicken or the egg type of thing.

I just want to make sure I have all my bases covered before 2 months pass by and I'm standing there like an idiot waving at cars and pointing to the home dressed in a chicken suit of out shear desperation.

A friend has kids, and they currently have three dogs, a rabbit, fish, a turtle in the house (not to mention the three ducks and six chickens for fresh eggs... of course, those stay in the back yard). 

I almost put an offer in on 2 properties in Butte about 2 - 3 weeks ago but I chickened out because I am an inexperienced newbie and I just don't have a team to work with yet.

It’s a chicken and an egg scenario.

I see so many examples of people getting their first deals, and I will be one of them by 2023.ADPI has monthly meetups on 4th Saturdays, 10 am at Chicken N Pickle.When I get the next meeting info, I'll send it to you.
